"This was our first time here. Located on the main side street. Definitely busy due to the lack of other businesses being closed during lunchtime. When we arrived, there was a 16 person table that had just ordered, in our section. Lots of staff on hand, in the front and back of the house. 5 min we were then greeted and got our drink orders in. Such a huge selection of food items to choose from. Breakfast all day. My husband ordered a "Horseshoe". The beef patty tasted like a steamed salisbury steak and was on a piece of bread with a handful of fries on the side and smothered with 2 lbs of cheese. It was very bland in flavor. I ordered the sirloin 6 oz steak and eggs, scrambled, shredded hashbrowns and rye toast. Asked for my steak to be cooked to medium, because its a petite cut. It came well done. Our waitress checked on us once during our 45 min stay. I guess everyone was tending to the big table. Nice staff but when there is a big party of people, don't forget the others in your sections, we all pay the same. We all come in for the same experience. A solid 3 stars for me, only because my order was good and the prices were reasonable."

"Had room in the lot to park the bobtail. Don't try to bring a big trailer in there. I ordered a sirloin. Beside the fact that it was cooked more than I wanted it to be, it tasted very good. The soup was delicious also, cheeseburger soup! Not sure what location they got the potato from, but it was the best potato (baked) that I have eaten in a very long time The server was a pro. Got everything right on my order. If you ever go to Macomb, make time to visit this establishment. Also, the menu has a huge selection."

"Stopped here on our way to Dubuque, IA. Donna was fantastic, and we asked for suggestions, which she shared her favs. I got the breaded chicken n fries & and my husband had a bacon cheeseburger n fries. Our friends had country fried steak, ham steak, n country fries. Dessert was peppermint ice cream, rainbow sherbet, and tapioca pudding with whipped cream n cinnamon sugar. Highly recommend it!!
